The MSADA (Massachusetts State Automobile Dealers Association) and it's 400 franchise dealer members of are currently looking to hire a large number of Auto Sales Representatives & Customer Service Representatives for immediate openings. The auto sales industry is back and stronger than ever! That is why we need to hire and train DOZENS of auto sales representatives and customer service representatives to meet this demand for the 400
dealers in our organization.
REQUIREMENTS - Previous auto sales associate experience is NOT REQUIRED for this position. Professional sales training will be provided, sponsored by the MSADA and its members. Those with experience in the hospitality, call center, telemarketing, customer service, real estate, banking, mortgage, financial services, and insurance industries have proven to be very successful when switching careers to Automotive Retail Sales. Qualified applicants should have a professional appearance and a high school degree (or equivalent). High-energy, driven, positive, self-motivated, out-going individuals with strong verbal communication skills WILL succeed as an Auto Sales Associate with our dealerships!

RESPONSIBILITIES
o Greet and respond to our client base in a welcoming manner.
o Present both products and financial options to satisfy clients.
o Complete certification training for both the dealership and manufacturer.
o Use our customer relation software to follow up with clients.
o Meet monthly sales goals and quotas.
o Conduct business in an ethical, and honest fashion with integrity.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
