Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience and 10 years of related development experience with no less than 5
years of this experience should be in technical management and leadership of small focused development teams are essential. Highly experienced in SCRUM life-cycle and applying knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to a broad range of life-cycle activities, significant experience with enterprise CMS systems, strong Web development skills, including website, SEO, SCM, HTML5, CSS3, caching strategy, taxonomy, cloud implementations, AWS and others are also essential. Must also be an expert with Google Analytics and similar metrics tools, possess excellent analytical and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple project and timelines as well as have expert experience working Agile/Scrum framework.
Solid interpersonal skills, with ability to work well with people of all levels of information technology expertise and comfort in varied organizational relationships are a must. Experience managing and leading product owners, engineers, architects, testers, etc. as well as solid experience with stress/performance test for large sets of users are also a must.

The Engineering team of the IT Department in Shrewsbury serves an exciting and diverse set of clients including the Medical School, Research PI-s, Faculty, Commonwealth Medicine and many administrative departments. The Web Team is a highly integrated team that works using a Scrum framework actively delivering value and making a notable difference in all areas of UMMS web presence. This position, will work directly with the development team to create UMMS external and internal websites, microsites, web applications, social media integration and mobile applications. Responsible for establishing strategic plans, policies, and procedures for all web related development, we are seeking an individual with a strong passion for -bringing it- all to the web, a wildly creative SEO strategy, and the skills and drive to lead your team to creating world class websites and web products.
Responsibilities:
The following competencies are essential:
-Provide web development vision including responsive design in support UMMS primary websites and large number of microsites
-Develop and manages web development and support procedures, tools, and documentation. This includes establishing standards and implementation practices for all web products
-Provide direction in the implementation and ongoing improvement of SEO/SCM techniques and practices
-Direct scrum teams and technical staff that support UMMS Web systems and applications. Responsibilities include hiring, review of work, performance evaluation, mentoring and training, and identifying opportunities for staff development. Provide mentoring and knowledge transfer to Front End Developers, and Web Designers including providing input to code reviews, training and developing staff
-Track and test new technology and new techniques to further web presence for UMMS faculty, staff, researchers, students and Commonwealth Medicine product areas
-Define and deploy standards for site content and templates
-Oversight of development of complex HTML5, graphics, forms, audio, video, CSS3 and other components
-Work cooperatively with the UMMS community to develop strategic and tactical plans to facilitate and coordinate the delivery of Web services
-Coordinate, develop, and implements project plans to deliver these services
-Major responsibility to drive traffic to University websites. Maximize and increase visitors to web sites and improve user experience applying UX best practice
-Define and deploy appropriate social media integration within websites and mobile apps
-Establish procedures to support research and development activities to determine the suitability of new technology for the UMMS environment
-Perform other duties as required.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
