Responsibilities:
- Process and manage customer orders in a timely and accurate manner - Enter order details into the company database and ensure all information is complete and correct - File and maintain order records for easy retrieval and reference - Transcribe order information from various sources into the system - Collect and compile data related to orders, such as quantities, pricing, and delivery dates - Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed - Utilize computerized systems to track and monitor order status - Maintain an organized work area to ensure efficient order processing - Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred - Proficiency in using databases and other computerized systems for order management - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy - Attention to detail is crucial for maintaining accurate order records Note:
