You possess strong attention to detail, the ability to quickly prioritize tasks, the willingness to learn new things, and a commitment to delighting our customers.
You will assist with customer service operations and floor leader responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
o Interact with customers by effectively using customer engagement strategies and model desired behavior for the rest of the team.
o Provide peer-to-peer feedback on processes and standards, serving as the escalation point to assist associate peers in solving customer issues, where appropriateo Contribute to continuous improvement of the customer experience and operations by participating in the development of best practiceso Help identify and communicate barriers and trends that contribute to the customer and associate experience and support the manager in building a strong site culture.
o Work with a manager to maintain the physical safety and quality standards of the siteo Work in a fast changing and ambiguous environmento Perform additional duties, as assignedo Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidayso Work 30-39 hours/weeko Lift up to 49 pounds, stand and walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach, as well as continuously climb and descend stairsWe are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:
Shrewsbury, MA, USA.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
