4K a year Southgate at Shrewsbury is a continuing care retirement community looking for an LPN Supervisor to join our Assisted Living supervisory team.
Hampton Suites offers 70 traditional assisted living apartments (no memory care) in a beautiful work environment.
Located one mile from Routes 9, 20 and 140.
Southgate prides itself on being a well- staffed community with long-term, dedicated employees.
If you are reliable, have good communication skills and a compassionate approach to care, we would like to meet you! Flexible hours with an opportunity for daytime and early evening shifts, during the week and/or on weekends.
Primary Responsibilities Monitor resident care to assure quality service is provided.
Provide guidance and support to our nurse aides.
Maintain Resident Service Plans, Progress Notes and documentation, as required by the facility and the EOEA.
Support interdisciplinary approach by maintaining good communication and relationships with other departments.
Communicate regularly with Resident family members.
Provide Inservice training for staff.
Experience/Education Current Massachusetts LPN License required.

years working in an Assisted Living Community or LTC facility.
Supervisory experience is preferred.
Basic computer experience required.
