What we expect Job Description The Project Administrator reports to the Project Coordinator Lead.
This position provides administrative support to multiple Project Managers and Project Coordinators.
Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Assist with applying for and obtaining work permits in surrounding cities/towns Compile and send deliverables to customers Assist in coordinating and communicating PM schedule Participate in the planning and execution of Traffic Management Plans Organize material needs for warehouse team to execute Coordinate access to customer sites and various underground systems Maintain and update required daily progress reporting for various customers Assist Project Management team with financial requirements related to projects SKILLS:
Candidate must possess effective internal and external communications skills, attention to detail and high level of accuracy in their work Candidate should have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, balancing the support to multiple Project Managers Exceptional organization, prioritization and time management skills Ability to meet productivity standards and complete work within established deadlines REQUIREMENTS:
Associates Degree in business or related field, preferred but not required 6 months - 1-year Operations Administrative support, Utility/Telecommunications experience, preferred but not required Ability to exercise mature judgment and suggest the appropriate action when working with employees, management, or customers Ability to utilize with proficiency - Outlook email, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Ability to carry out duties otherwise assigned by management WORK CONDITIONS:
